Call for Candidacy: National Leadership Program

The National Leadership Institute of Madagascar (NLIM), a world class Institute with a training of excellence in the field of leadership, launches a call for candidacy for the next promotion of the National Leadership Program (NLP).

What is the NLP?

The NLP is a four month leadership program (part-time) designed to build the leadership capacity of men and women who want to be agents of change and contribute to the rapid development of Madagascar.

Who should attend the NLP?

The NLP is for highly committed graduates, Women and Men, who:

  • are already in positions of responsibility or have the potential to be given positions of responsibility.
  • work or wish to work in the government, in the business sector or in the civil society (church, NGOs, associations and education).
  • have a desire to make a greater contribution to their organization, to their community or to their country.
  • have a pratical experience of leadership and good English language skills.
How to apply for the NLP?

To become participant at the Institute, the candidate has to submit his/her application including:
  • a written letter of application;
  • a resume with a recent photo;
  • an application form duly completed;
  • two recommendation forms duly completed.
The candidates will be chosen to participate in the program after they submit their application and have a successful interview with the program representatives.

How come at this time of day 20th century that a school based in English (American English) still want your pictures? Isn't your brain enough or if your are ugly you cannot get in?
